Corgi (24), the first Malaysian player in the professional football K-League, made his debut on the Korean stage.
K League 2 (Part 2) Chungbuk Cheongju FC won 3-0 in a home game against Seoul Jungnang Football Club in the second round of the 2023 Hana One Q FA Cup held at Cheongju Stadium on the 29th.

Corgi, who joined Chungbuk Cheongju FC this season, is evaluated as a striker with fast speed and individual skills. He has represented Malaysia U-16, U-19, and U-23, and has scored two goals in eight games for the adult national team. Corgi recorded 11 points and 5 assists in 63 games in his home country’s league and cup competitions.
